In stores, the maximum sales quantity and the factor growth per employee decrease equivalently.

Poor building condition reduces the storage space in warehouses.

The renovation costs correspond to the loss in value to be made up.

The renovation of a building with a value of €1,000,000 is therefore after 5 days:

1.000.000€ * (0.2/100) * 5 = 10.000€ (2.000€ per day)
