When shipping to other cities, there are additional Customs Duty that must be paid by the recipient:
Level 0 goods are exempt from customs duty. Level 1 goods cost 7% of the higher of the shipping price or the Local Merchant's price at the wholesale market . Level 2 goods cost 14% of the higher of the shipping price or the local dealer's price at the wholesale market. Level 3 goods cost 21% of the higher of the shipping price or the local dealer's price at the wholesale market. Level 4 goods cost 28% of the higher of the shipping price or the local dealer's price at the wholesale market. Level 5 goods cost 35% of the higher of the shipping price or the price of the local dealer at the wholesale market.
Customs duty is payable by the consignee. Intra-company deliveries are also subject to customs duty. It is important to note that even if goods are rejected, customs duty must be paid by the sender on return delivery.
