			Once one of the following criteria is reached there is a strike:
			The 5th round of negotiations has concluded without agreement
			The willingness to strike reaches 100%
			The currently ongoing collective bargaining agreement expires
			The strike will begin on the following day at 00:01 clock and continues until an agreement is reached!
			During a strike all of the building's sub-Nehme remain closed, however, the wage must be paid under the old collective bargaining agreement continues!

			== What is meant by collective bargaining? ==


			As a goodwill of € 5,000,000 collective bargaining be opened.
			This means once you get the first time the threshold of 5 million € goodwill exceeds to give the employee no longer so simple with the basic wage satisfied. The representation of employees is established in which the company submits an offer on a regular basis for a new base salary and the player has the option within 5 days / rounds of negotiations to agree with the employee representatives on a new basic wage.
